Tax Chamber bought two office buildings located at Erazma Ciołka Street in Warsaw district of Wola from Satoria Group S.A. Walter Herz company provided consulting services to the parties during the transaction.
Purchase of the office buildings with a total area of nearly 6 thousand sq m for the new Treasury Audits Office (UKS) headquarters in Warsaw is one of the largest transactions with the participation of the Tax Authorities on the office market.
– We are pleased that we managed to finalize such a demanding project, which belongs to a group of exceptional market investments with the participation of institutional investors. The sale of the office building at Ciołka Street is one of those transactions, the conclusion of which brings both parties a reason to be content – said Andrzej Wojcik CEO of Satoria Group S.A.

We intend to continue developing potential of investment in the area of Wola, where office buildings belonging to the Group are located. Office buildings, which were the subject of transaction are located in an area which has long been a well recognized address on the institutional map of the city, as the location gathers a particularly large number of public administration units. Eight Satoria Group office buildings located along Erazma Ciołka Street, nearby Górczewska Street offer a total of over 20 thousand sq m of space. Many institutions and offices, among them Chamber of Customs, Tax Chamber, Prosecutor's Office and Labor Office located their offices there.
Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, CEO f Walter Herz admits that the sale of office buildings at Ciołka Street in Warsaw by Satoria Group SA is the culmination of several months of company’s advisors work on this transaction. – Recent success in the area of consulting services for institutional clients is a good prediction in the context of our current projects involving state entities – says Bartłomiej Zagrodnik.
The demand for office space reported by state entities motivates Satoria Group to make further investment decisions. In the near future, the construction of another office building by Ciołka 12A will begin – C12A, which will offer 9 thousand sq m of modern usable space.
Growing office market in Warsaw and the construction of the second metro line increase the attractiveness of the location at the intersection of Górczewska and Ciołka Streets. C12A office building will offer a very good balance between a convenient location, high standard of the offices and optimum rate of rent. Typical floor will measure about 1500 square meters, and the layout will allow easy division of space for both offices and open space. An additional advantage of the location will also be a modernized tram line at Obozowa Street as well as the planned SKM train station.
